Your message will always be sent back to you for your own records.

If your county has a Regional Delegate in office, it will be sent to them to investigate your query in the first instance, and will also be copied to the General Secretary and the Chairman.  If your county does not have a Regional Delegate, then it will be sent to the General Secretary and copied to the Chairman.
